I woke up early this morning because I had a doctors appointment. Annual check-up, nothing serious. But I also had to give blood for him to run some tests. Uh-oh. I am extremely squeamish and giving blood is one of the most grueling thing that I have experienced. I'm not afraid of needles, but I freak out at the thought of veins. Last night's episode definitely had one of my favourite guest stars! Roger Bart appeared as a guy sent from Corporate to evaluate the show and make necessary cutbacks! He was great! I kept thinking that he would at some point throw pen and paper to the side and burst into a verse of "Keep It Gay!"

Jack’s birthday is coming up and he starts watching some all tapes from his childhood Colleen sent him. Amongst them is a tape of his tenth birthday in which he is so happy that he actually throws up (really Jack??). He realizes that he hasn’t been that happy since, so he sets out to find out what the gift was that made him happy back then.

I'm always gleeful when Thursday arrives because that means that there are new episodes for "30 Rock" and "The Office". Best day for NBC! The episode for "30 Rock" was 3x14 'The Funcooker' and for “The Office” 5x17 ‘Golden Ticket.’
